Hi! My name is Ginnie.
Becoming a parent can bring in a wave of emotions, memories, shifts in relationships and questions. I would be honoured to support you through this season in life. My aim is to provide parents with a safe space to be honest, raw, and real about how they’re feeling, and to equip them with the tools they need for this new season in life. As a mom to two young children, I bring empathy and lived experience to my clinical therapeutic approaches. My areas of interest are with first and second-generation immigrant family dynamics, identity issues, as well as the intersection of spirituality and mental health.
Why Work with Me
I offer integrative, trauma-informed care centred on my clients’ needs and goals. As a
Spiritual Care provider, I have over a decade of experience supporting first- and second-
generation immigrants and their families. I believe the body, mind, and soul/heart are
interconnected, and I understand those who appreciate integrating spirituality and
mental health.
My Approach
My goal in therapy is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore
difficult feelings, be your true self, heal, and develop the tools you need for your life.
Together, we’ll collaborate in providing you the support and tools you need to be the parent
and person you know you can be.
